We will gladly exchange any purchase for another product or store credit wihtin 30 days of
the transaction date. Exchanges can be made as long as the product has not been "used" and
is in its original packaging. If the product in question is a pair of boots please note that
the soles become scratched when worn or tried on rough surfaces. We reserve the right
to classify scratched soles as "used" and therefore deny an exchange.
We must be contacted before any product is returned with a reason for return, receipt number as well
as a purchase date.
Any returns over international lines must be clearly marked "FOR EXCHANGE ONLY" and
original documentation enclosed to avoid additional duty, taxes and brokerage charges.
We DO NOT offer REFUNDS in whole nor in part.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All sales on CUSTOM MADE orders are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
If a problem with a custom made order arises please contact us and we will do our best to
help you resolve the matter.
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). U.S. credit cards are automatically
converted from Canadian dollars into U.S. dollars by the credit card company at the time the
credit card is processed.
